Admission Process for All IGIA Courses
All applicants should ensure their eligibility as mentioned on the respective IGIA course page before applying.
APPLY EARLY
Seats are limited; hence students should apply for courses well in advance. The admissions for the IGIA courses are open and you can apply here to enroll. You can also visit us personally and fill up the prescribed form then and there.

Step 1: REGISTER FOR THE COURSE
Use the Online Registration below if you wish to pay the registration fee online.
Open the Online Registration form by clicking the IGIA Admission Registration link image below this. Enter you information with the course that you wish to apply to. The Registration Fee is INR3000 for IGIA’s Cabin Crew/Airport/Ticketing/Tourism programs and University Programs and the processing fee of INR 5000 for Pilot Training programs. Submit the form by paying the registration fee.

If you want to pay registration fee in cash at your desired IGIA center, use the Offline Application mode as detailed at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF APPLICATION FORM
On receiving your application and we will send you an acknowledgement email, which will explain how to proceed further. We will call you in case we require any additional information.
Step 3: ASSESSING YOUR APPLICATION
We shall assess your application. If required, we might ask you meet us for an interview/Group Discussion/Written Test or undertake the same online. The assessment process usually takes between 2-5 working days. Once you are found eligible, we shall inform you about the status of your application.
Step 4: ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER
When you accept the Admission offer, we will need to verify your documents. After verification, you will be required to pay the tuition fee and join the course.

Education Loan is available for IGIA courses of Cabin Crew, Airport Ground Staff, Air Ticketing and Tourism. You can contact us for the details. *T&C apply.
Online Registration

Offline Registration
Please click the link below to download the PDF Application form. Download the Aviation Course Form to apply to the Cabin Crew/Airport Ground Services/Air Ticketing and Tourism or University programs. For Pilot Training, please use the CPL Admission Form. You will need to fill up the form (either in pdf itself and save it in your name or take its print and fill in ink and attach its scanned image to an email and send it to us at admissions@igiaindia.in.
You can pay the registration fee as applicable in one of the following ways:
- Through NEFT transfer to our account as mentioned below.
- Clicking the payment link given below and pay using Cards (Credit/Debit)/Net Banking/UPI or wallet.
- Pay in cash personally at any IGIA center.

- The Registration will be Added to the basket (Please ensure that there is only one form in the basket. If more, please delete the undesired one)
- Click on Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your details and upload your self-attested documents at the appropriate link.
- Select the payment option and make payment of Registration/Application Fee of Rs.3000.
- Keep your Application Order No. and the payment transaction record for later use.
Your application is submitted. IGIA shall now process your application and contact you for further process. Please check your given email ID for any mail from IGIA.
Alternative Online Registration Method (Just in case the First one is not working.) For Pilot Training Only

- The Registration will be Added to the basket (Please ensure that there is only one form in the basket. If more, please delete the undesired one)
- Click on Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your details and upload your self-attested documents at the appropriate link.
- Select the payment option and make payment of Registration/Application Fee of Rs.5000.
- Keep your Application Order No. and the payment transaction record for later use.
Your application is submitted. IGIA shall now process your application and contact you for further process. Please check your given email ID for any mail from IGIA.
