Minimum Admission Requirements

All applicants should ensure meeting the eligibility requirements as mentioned on the respective IGIA course pages before applying.

The first step to enroll in IGIA is to register yourself by applying with your personal details and qualifications. You can do this by submitting either an Online or Offline application and paying the registration/processing fee as applicable. You can do the registration below at this page itself.

Options available for Online or Offline Registration/Admission Applications

You can choose any one of the following options to apply and register for admission at IGIA. (Choose any One Only)

Option 1: Online Registration + Online Payment of Registration/Processing Fee for any of IGIA Courses.

Option 2: Online Registration + Online Payment of Registration Fee for all courses Except Pilot Training + Upload your Docs.

Option 3: Offline Registration + Online/Offline Payment of Registration Fee for all Courses Except Pilot Training

Option 4: Online Registration + Online Payment of Processing Fee only for Pilot Courses + Upload your Docs.

Option 5: Offline Registration + Online/Offline Payment of Processing Fee only for Pilot Courses

Option 1:  Online Registration Procedure

  • Click on the online registration form link here or below and it shall open a new tab/window. You can enter and submit your details. It will then take you to the payment page.
  • Pay the registration/processing fee of Rs.3000 Online for any course except pilot training. For Pilot Training Course, the Processing Fee is Rs.5000. The payment can be made online either through Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Online Banking, Wallets etc. (The Registration/Processing fee is non-refundable)

Once we receive your application, IGIA shall process and send you an email or call to complete your admission formalities as applicable and if approved, join the course as scheduled.

Admission Procedure for Cabin Crew, Airport Ground Services, Air Ticketing & Aviation courses. (Not to be used for Pilot Training)

IGIA offers you an additional option (Option 2) to make an online application for registration where you can also upload your qualification documents, your photos and any other relevant documents. This is just an alternate and you can use this option if you like.

You can also choose Offline Application (Option 3) to download a PDF application form and make an online payment of the registration fee and send the duly filled form to us through Email to admissions@igiaindia.in as attachment.

You should ensure that you are eligible for course as the Registration Fee in non-refundable under any circumstance.

Option 2:  Online Application for Registration with uploading of your documents. (For all courses except Pilot Training)

  • Click here or on the Online Application Link below and Select eRegistration Form- All courses
  • Add the same to the basket (Please ensure that there is only one form in the basket. If more than please delete the undesired one)
  • Click on Proceed to Registration
  • Enter your details and upload your self-attested documents at the appropriate link.
  • Select the payment option and make payment of Registration/Application Fee of Rs.3000.
  • Keep your Application Order No. and the payment transaction record for later use.

Your application is submitted. IGIA shall now process your application and inform you as applicable. Please check your given email ID for any mail from IGIA.

Once received, we shall process the application and call you for admission respectively. Once you receive confirmation for your Admission from IGIA, you can pay the course fee and confirm your place on the respective course on or before the last date for admission.

Option 3:  Offline Registration Procedure (For all courses except Pilot Training)

  • Download the Application Form here or from the link below and take its print.
  • Pay the registration fee of Rs.3000 online. The payment can be made online either through Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Online Banking, Wallets etc. (The Registration/Processing fee is non-refundable)

Click on the payment link below and select the payment mode and pay Rs.3000 against the Application/Registration Fee. Mention the payment ID on the application form and keep it safe.

  • Send an email to us attaching the duly filled up Admission Form (Scan copy) along with the attachments of your self-attested copies of qualification certificates to admissions@igiaindia.in Also mention the Payment information (Transaction ID and the amount)

Once received, we shall process the application and call you for admission respectively. Once you receive confirmation for your Admission from IGIA, you can pay the course fee and confirm your place on the respective course on or before the last date for admission.

Admission Procedure for Pilot Training (PPL/CPL) (Not to be used for other Aviation courses)

The eligible candidates who meet the CPL course eligibility criteria can apply for admission processing here.

The students who have scored more than 70% Marks in 12th with Math and Physics or its equivalent (10+3 Diploma in Engineering) are eligible for Direct Admission to the CPL course. The students who have scored less than 70% Marks will need to qualify the Aptitude Test for Pilot Admissions.

The Processing Fee for the CPL courses is Rs.5000 and it can be paid either Online through Debit/Credit Card or Online Banking/RTGS/NEFT Transfer as per the bank details mentioned here. You should ensure that you are eligible for the course before applying as the fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.

Option 4 Online Registration Application for Pilot Training

Click here or on the Online Application Link below and enter all your relevant details and upload self-attested copies of your academic qualifications and a passport size photo.

Select the payment mode for Registration Fee and pay Rs.5000 against the Application Processing Fee accordingly.

Send an email to us at admissions@igiaindia.in with the Payment information (Transaction ID and the amount)

Once received, we shall process the application and call you for admission respectively. Once you receive confirmation for your Admission, you can proceed further with the admission and confirm your place on the respective course on or before the last date for admission.

Option 5 Offline Application (Download Form & Send)

Alternately, you can download the CPL Admission Initiation Form from here or the link below in the pdf format. (You can either fill it up on Adobe Reader itself or you may choose to take its blank print and fill in Ink.)
